Why is my honey special?

Urban honey has great advantages, among which is that the bees forage on a varied horticultural diet, the flowers of which are untouched by pesticides and chemicals of agriculture.  Also, since my honey is unfiltered, it has pollen traces in it which build resistance to allergies to local flowers and trees. Furthermore, although it is a sad fact that bees throughout the world have been contaminated and decimated by parasitic mites  and require the use of antibiotics and/or other medications,  since my bees are isolated from these other contaminated bees  they have so far been spared infestation and are totally unmedicated. I just hope it stays that way!
